Best Coaching Memory: Taking a team from D4 to D1 in 18 months.  In 2014 Boys 99s won RCL Div 2 after winning Div 3 and Div 4 consecutively.  Tons of hard work and belief paid off to put the team where they deserved to be among the best teams in the state.

Player Expectations/Advice: Practice how you play! Practice makes permanent, so practice with intensity and desire to keep improving,  push yourself and take others with you. Effort, attitude and focus are the difference between being good and being great.... be great!

Favorite Motivational Quote: "Soccer is not just a game, its a religion, an addiction....its a way of life"
"If you play for the name on the front of the shirt, people will remember the one on the back"
