Parents that would like to request assistance with thier club dues should complete a Dues Assistance Application form. The club dues assistance program will evaluate each application for acceptance based on eligibility criteria and restrictions. Any monies awarded to families will be paid directly to the club’s treasurer.  To qualify for assistance, an initial payment of 10% is required on the player's club account.
